I currently work part-time as a Marketing Assistant for Cutetonic Ltd, a role I have held since 2019. My passion and interest in marketing grew through this experience, as I supported a small brand that has now expanded to a global customer base within its niche market.
From carrying out extensive website development to improving social media communication and transforming our Amazon Seller Central activity, I’ve gained a wide range of skills and hands-on experience that have shaped my understanding of digital marketing.
Highlights of my recent work
I used my interest in content creation to transform our Amazon Storefront into a more appealing and engaging space for both new and returning customers.
Summary of Contributions:
Rebranded the main Storefront with clearer, more engaging CTAs highlighting key best-sellers.
Upgraded a large set of product images from simple powder visuals to informative, well-designed explanation cards.
Revised multiple product descriptions to improve clarity and strengthen SEO performance on Amazon.
Over the past few years, we have grown our consumer base and expanded into email marketing campaigns across seasonal promotions and new product launches. Using a mix of CRM platforms, we’ve delivered high-performing email campaigns — increasing our subscriber base and generating over 200 unique clicks on key CTAs.
Summary of Contributions:
Integrated the eCommerce store with multiple CRM platforms and carried out A/B testing to determine the most effective channel for Cutetonic.
Developed Q&A and feedback-style social media stories to strengthen engagement and support subscriber growth.
Delivered seasonal newsletters and new product promotional campaigns to maintain consistent communication with our audience.
WHOLESALE CAMPAIGN
As Cutetonic expanded its operations, the company identified an opportunity to offer wholesale services. This included supplying products to other small businesses and providing insights into trending items within our niche.
During this period, I supported the wholesale launch by creating a series of infographic posts promoting our wholesale offering and collaborating on a wholesale buyer plan. This helped other businesses understand our product range and identify unique, niche items to include in their own portfolios.
